What is FreshBlooms?
FreshBlooms is a flower subscription service in Singapore which delivers curated floral arrangements on a weekly basis. If you would like to know more, don’t be shy to drop us an email at [email protected]!
What are your subscription plans like?
Currently, we offer two types of subscription plans, Classic and Grand.
How long are your subscription plans?
Choose between a 1 month subscription (4 deliveries) or 3 month (12 deliveries) subscription.
How often will I receive FreshBlooms?
FreshBlooms will be delivered right to your doorstep once a week for the duration of your subscription.
When will I receive my subscription?
You may choose to have your weekly subscription delivered on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday. For Monday and Wednesday, there are 3 time slots available, 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 5:30pm or 7pm to 10pm. For Saturday, there are 2 time slots available, 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 5:30pm.
Subsequent subscription box deliveries will be made on the same day and time as your very first order. For example, if the first delivery is made on the first Monday of the month at 2pm to 5:30pm, all subsequent deliveries will be made on the second Monday of the month at 2pm to 5:30pm. However, if there is a public holiday or a specific block-off date on the day of the supposed delivery, the subscription box will not be delivered that week and will resume the following week.
Is there a delivery charge?
Smiles are free, and so is our standard delivery!
Can I change the delivery day or time?
Of course! Just drop us an email at [email protected] with at least 3 working days notice.
Can I pick a specific time for my subscription to be delivered?
For now, we are unable to provide this service, but we are working on it!
What if no one is home to receive the subscription box?
No worries, we are able to get it re-delivered either on the same day or the day after, but at a small charge of $10.70. Please drop us an email at [email protected] to confirm the re-delivery date and timing, as well as the re-delivery charge.
Do note that as the subscription box contains fresh flowers, if re-delivery is not made on the same day, we would have to replace the flowers and this would be chargeable at 35% of the original price.
What if my flowers do not arrive on the day and within the time frame that I had chosen?
Please give our delivery drivers a buffer time of 30 minutes to 1 hour. The delay in your delivery could be due to bad weather conditions, traffic jams or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, if you still do not receive your delivery thereafter, please contact us directly at 6251 2323 or drop us an email at [email protected]. We are contactable 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to everywhere in Singapore, well almost. Here’s a list of places that we cannot make deliveries to because of clearance or security issues:
- Jurong Island
- Airline Road
- Changi airport cargo and airbase
- PSA (Free freight zone)
- Marina Bay Sands
- All military bases
- School campuses
- Shopping malls
Can you deliver to an International address?
Nope. For now, we only deliver to addresses within Singapore.
How much does a FreshBloom subscription cost?
- Classic, per arrangement $39.90 (w/gst $42.69)
1 month (4 Classic arrangements): $159.60 (w/gst $170.76)
3 months (12 Classic arrangements): $478.80 (w/gst $512.28)
- Grand, per arrangement $59.90 (w/gst $64.09)
1 month (4 Grand arrangements): $239.60 (w/gst $256.36)
3 months (12 Grand arrangements): $718.80 (w/gst $769.08)
Will I be charged once or weekly (upon receiving my subscription box)?
Regardless if you have chosen a 1-month or 3-month subscription with FreshBlooms, you will only be charged once upfront.
Are there any other additional charges?
If you have requested for the delivery to be made to a far away place or if it requires us to go over a magical bridge, an additional charge might apply. In addition, re-deliveries will also incur an additional charge. For more details regarding additional delivery charges, please drop us an email at [email protected].
What if I do not like the flowers that I have received this week?
We really hope that you love them! But we are not able to offer refunds for our subscription. If you are undecided, we strongly encourage you to visit our Facebook or Instagram page and check out our previous weekly arrangements before subscribing with us.
If I change my mind, can I cancel at anytime?
While we are sad to see you go, you have the option to cancel your FreshBlooms subscription at any time. Please allow us at least 3 working days to process your cancellation request.
How do you calculate refunds?
Refunds are calculated based on the number of subscription boxes left on your account and will be processed accordingly.
How are the weekly flower arrangements curated?
We take inspiration on which flowers are trending, flowers that are in season, but more importantly, we always base our decision on the freshness and quality of the flowers and fillers. If the flowers are not fresh, we go back to the drawing board!
What type of flowers will I receive?
You can expect to receive anything from roses to lilies and seasonal beauties like peonies, ranunculus and garden roses. Each and every box has been meticulously curated by our professional florists, and no two are exactly alike!
Can I request for certain types of flowers?
As we try to keep everyone’s order consistent and incorporate different color themes and introduce seasonal flowers for each and every box sent out weekly, we are unable to cater to specific flower requests.
How will I receive the flowers?
For the first week of FreshBlooms, the flowers will be neatly packaged by our florists and delivered in a box, complete with a vase free-of-charge for you to keep. Subsequent weeks of flowers will be delivered in a carefully wrapped packaging.
For every week's delivery, flowers will be accompanied with a packet of Chrysal (flower food).
Will I be provided a vase?
Yes. A glass vase will be delivered together with your very first FreshBlooms order and it is yours to keep!
