FAQ

What is FreshBlooms?

FreshBlooms is a flower subscription service in Singapore which delivers curated floral arrangements on a weekly basis. If you would like to know more, don't be shy to drop us an email at [email protected]!

What are your subscription plans like?

Currently, we offer two types of subscription plans, Classic and Grand.

What is a Classic Subscription?
10 to 14 stems of the freshest flowers and fillers hand-picked by our artisan florists. You can expect perennial favorites like roses, geberas, sunflowers, and alstroemerias if you pick the Classic Subscription.

What is a Grand Subscription?
10 to 18 stems of the freshest flowers and fillers put together by our artisan florists. You can expect lush blooms like hydrangeas, premium roses, tulips, calla lilies and even seasonal flowers like peonies if you pick the Grand Subscription.

How long are your subscription plans?

Choose between a 1 month subscription [4 deliveries] or 3 month [12 deliveries] subscription.

When will I receive my subscription?

You may choose to have your weekly subscription delivered on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday. For Monday and Wednesday, there are 3 time slots available, 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 5:30pm or 7pm to 10pm. For Saturday, there are 2 time slots available, 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 5:30pm.

For example, if the first delivery is made on the first Monday of the month at 2pm to 5:30pm, all subsequent deliveries will be made on the second Monday of the month at 2pm to 5:30pm. However, if there is a public holiday or a specific block-off date on the day of the supposed delivery, the subscription box will not be delivered that week and will resume the following week.
